The Sumter American Legion Fair NOW EXTENDED through Sept 21st 30 S Artillery Dr Sumter SC Rides Games Food Fun. Its the Sumter County American Legion fair and about 25000 people come to the six day event. As cases continue to trend downward and vaccinations become more available fair organizers say they're hopeful the fair will go. The Sumter Fair kicks off this week with more than 30 rides dozens of different food vendors and animals and begins on Tuesday.
They will have a farmers market and also a food truck area to get traditional festival food and best of all admission is free. According to organizers the annual Sumter American Legion Fair has been canceled for 2020.
